I worked on assassin's creed for 2 years and made nearly 48 characters (complete with accessories clothes faces basmesh textures etc...)

Nice.. very nice, now i have a question... you use subtools to make the diferents parts of the body? like de sword, helmt and other stuff? how you export it to 3dmax or Xsi? ....

3d max? i read they use Xsi... to import the models? or was only the trailer? or the cinematic trailer?..

Cinematics use XSI but they used our models that were made in zbrush and 3ds max, it's all a big marketing scam ;) you know how it is

without reading your comments... I though to myself that this looks like Assassin creed's model...
good game and of cause great work on you end... can't wait for the game to come out... but one thing I wish more then playing it, is working for it as well... but as an animator... too bad I don't have any game experience to lend that kind of job...

Amazing, the armor reminds me of Mongolian/Korean soldiers.

Thanks! it is actually funny to see how much some cultures had similar technologies and looks, like all the asian and middle asian gear at that time tend to look somewhat similar.

How many polygons in your high poly mesh and how many in you low poly mesh?
Is there any chance to see low poly with textures on it?
How many textures for low poly mesh did you use and what size?
